The club has produced 6 Olympians, a bronze medal in the marathon at the World Championships, and a gold medal and bronze medal in the marathon at the Asian Games, and many athletes who continue to be active after graduation. As the head of the Kanto Student Athletics Federation's Ekiden Countermeasures Committee, he has hosted and managed the tournament while managing risks such as the Great East Japan Earthquake, the Hakone volcanic eruption, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Noto Peninsula earthquake. I would like to share with you in lectures and on campus the various stimuli and information that each of us has gained in the field of sports.
I believe that my mission is not just to accumulate knowledge and insights and information gained in various research fields, but to quickly apply them to the field of sports and link them to results.
I believe that the basis of team management and coaching is to share the mental landscape that arises between the players and spectators of the sport. If the opportunity arises, I would like to give a talk that will provide people with such a mental filter.
