Enhancing Learning through Experience and Verbalization: A Case Study of the AY2024 Internship Course

This report describes the AY2024 internship course for 100 students hosted by 65 organizations. Based on experiential learning theory, it combined preparatory sessions, a five-day placement and follow-up sessions, ending with a student-run presentation event to verbalize experience. Student satisfaction averaged 4.40 and company ratings of presentations 4.35.
