The Necessity of Career Education and Yamanashi Gakuin University’s Initiatives

This paper reports on curricular career education in the Career Formation Support Division: a step-based learning model, the design of the Introductory, Basic and Advanced Career Design courses, and the recruitment and support of practitioner faculty. In an AY2022 survey, 95% of students in the three courses said the courses would be useful for their future.
