成人男性を 12 名に運動や社会的繋がりの相加・相乗効果を検討する 6 条件に参加させ，気分改善機序の一つである内因性カンナビノイドを測定したところ，運動の主効果に有意差な差が認められたものの，社会的繋がりや運動と社会的繋がりの相加・相乗効果に有意差は見られなかった．
