Guest Speaker Seiji Ishihara, Policy Advisor at the Foreign Resident Support Division of the Yamanashi Prefectural Government was invited to speak about the prefecture's vision for globalization in the class of PSCI355 Japanese Politics and Diplomacy.  After the lecture the class engaged in active discussion on  how life for foreigners can be improved in Yamanashi.
